The Apsenx 13S5P 48V battery pack is built in our own line, not outsourced. Every step—from cell sorting to welding to BMS setup—is done in-house, so we can control the quality and tweak specs easily for OEM orders. This is why a lot of our bulk clients stick with us: the packs come in stable, consistent, and without weird surprises.

We sort every cell automatically for voltage, capacity, and IR before grouping them. Only matched cells go into a pack, which is the basis for long cycle life and fewer warranty headaches. For welding, we use 10mm nickel strips and a high-pressure 6-point spot-welding setup. It’s the same configuration we use for our long-term contracted brands, so you’re basically getting the same production standard.

Each pack comes with its own BMS—overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, all the usual protections. If the current spikes or the voltage hits the BMS limit, it just shuts itself down. No drama, fewer returns.

The 48V 13Ah build fits almost all foldable scooter brands, which makes it easy for distributors and assembly factories who don’t want to redesign their housings. Cycle life is solid too—around 1,000 cycles with proper charging.
