Choosing a battery type really depends on you. Occasional golf? Lead-acid or AGM is enough, cheap and simple. Frequent use or complex terrain? Lithium is almost a must. Custom batteries? Best to talk with the manufacturer, give your cart model, budget, and usage needs—they can provide a solution, much better than guessing.
